Chuman. The missing Chomosome. Much more famous and somehow more disturbing is the Russian scientist Il’ya Ivanov, labelled the Red Frankenstein. His story starts in Abkhazia, were the last experiment was attempted, leading us around Europe and the world, from French Guinea to Cuba, from China to Italy. This story, left buried for a long time in Moscow’s most secret archives came to light only in 2005 leaving us with many unanswered and terrible questions.
